      The University of Toledo is an urban campus serving the population of the city of Toledo and those living around it. It is ranked a High Research University by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. The collaborators on this proposal have provided PD for teachers over the last 15 to 20 years at the University of Toledo serving the schools in the City of Toledo as well as outlying areas of Ohio and Michigan.
